Proposed Constitution – Approved by the congregation 6/13/10
Click the above link to download/view the proposed MLC constitution. This was approved by congregational vote on 6/13/10. Following a 60 day waiting period a final vote will be taken on the above constitution during a special congregational meeting on 9/19/10. At this time, no changes may be made to the constitution and the vote must pass with a 2/3 majority.
