He single handedly weed-whacked all the grass on our hillside, not at all an easy job (he did have some help gathering and hauling it away), but very necessary for fire control and appearance. Then when a toilet and sink faucet were leaking water, he came to the rescue to replace the necessary plumbing fixtures assuring that we did not waste too much of our precious resource.
